Last week at staff day, I sat in on a talk about loneliness. Not just male loneliness. Appears that women are just as lonely. And yes, it's just as dangerous. It was suggested the librarians are the front lines of fighting loneliness (as well as everything else).

I don't have a book yet, but I was basically managing editor of this pretty anthology for three years, for which I wrote the foreword. I just recently received notice that the publisher (Zozobra) has called it quits and the book will be out of print.

Dad had me burn some trash, so I left my phone behind. Mom's cat got ahold of it. Next thing you know, he's taking selfies for us.
