The #FerrariLab had a great time attending and presenting at #JAMS13 last Friday. Thanks to the wonderful JAMS for their hard work organising this #microbiology conference at the #GroundsofAlexandria

Our latest paper in Frontiers - Microbiology employs an improved Gradient Forest modelling technique. We reveal that the bacterial and eukaryotic soil communities near an elephant seal wallow in East #Antarctica vary along a nutrient and salinity gradient: tinyurl.com/n62vfvbz

Several superhero movies later, I am sure we all associate Asgardians with a bit of lightning! Congrats Julia Meltzer on your lightning talk looking into Hi-C sequencing as a method for characterising the asgard archaeal virome. Be sure to swing by Juila's poster for info!
