That’s a wrap for this year’s fifth graders! Following this morning’s closing ceremony, all Middle School boys are off to Middle School Fun Day!

Honored on Monday, the boys in 8th grade celebrated both their year together and their time at Fessenden. We look forward to seeing many of you back on campus for ninth grade in the fall, and we wish those departing all the best in their future endeavors! Congratulations!

On Tuesday we celebrated our fourth graders, leaders of the Lower School. Congratulations to these special boys as they move on to Middle School!

As part of orientation, ninth graders hiked Mount Monadnock. Through wind, rain, and sleet, the boys persevered!

Last Friday, Fessenden hosted our Under the Lights games for the first time since 2019! We loved coming together with students, families, alumni, and faculty and staff to campus to celebrate our community and cheer on our athletes. 🐻 ⚽️ 🏈

Last Thursday, recognition of #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth in Upper School culminated in a PinkOut. Boys and faculty dressed in pink and held a snack sale during lunch to raise funds for this important cause, and the students voted for which charity would receive the funds.

A big congratulations to the Fessy varsity soccer team—champions of the Eaglebrook Soccer Tournament! And another congrats to Zach '22 for winning the Outstanding Player Award!

Fall Sports Awards here at Fessenden today. Varsity Soccer took advantage of a rare spectacular 70 degree mid-November day and held their team gathering outside in front of Hart House.

From food drives to working at a nearby farm, boys of all ages have been giving back to our local community. We are proud of our students for the spirit of service they have brought to school!

Boys in Pre-K receive “kindness spots” throughout the year for doing acts of kindness for each other. This year, the Pre-K boys have been so kind that they have already filled up their board with spots and earned a special Pajama Day!

The Lower School Skating Program is off to a great start! The boys had a blast getting on the ice this week. 🐻

From lion dances to homemade dumplings, we are celebrating with lots of different traditions to welcome the Year of the Tiger. Happy Lunar New Year!

Lower School boys made valentines for Fessenden's grand alumni and mailed some Valentine's cheer "from one Fessy Boy to another"! Happy Valentine's Day!
