It is scary to live when you know the BAD ones are out, free to roam around our streets…… while the GOOD and INNOCENT ones are suffering, tied up on a leash or in jail. Where’s justice if we, ordinary people fighting for our loved ones r neither be heard nor listened to?

Innocent people who r suffering from injustice also belong to people who r truly guilty of a crime. They r chucked out by d society & not given a chance to even get accepted to work. Most people wouldn’t believe them bcos they think they’re convicted by law. Reality. Unfair.

Fighting for Justice I completely agree with your tweet. They have got niche people on a leash while the bad ones are roaming the streets but we need to ask our selfs why

If defendant keeps plead “not guilty” even if court decided on conviction, r they supposed 2 question WHY? Bcos there must b something wrong? Judge will say “defendant has high ego & can’t accept what he/she did”. Judge doesn’t know defendant personally to say that.

Fighting for Justice This sounds so much like my husbands situation. They wouldn’t look in to you know why because for them it’s not worth it that’s why they like to see people suffer and beg the justice system for help they like to look down on us

What we learned about CCRC: * no chair * chief exec comes into office 1-2 days ev 2m * for last 2yrs had 9 commissioners; two shy of statutory min of 11 * those 9 commissioners are on a day/week contracts * struggled to attract caseworkers to Brum cos package 'not good enough'

The CoA was clear: doubt isn’t enough, you need proof of innocence. Without DNA, Peter Sullivan would still be in prison, despite serious concerns about his confession and the bitemark evidence. That’s why reform is essential, because not everyone has DNA to prove their innocence

There is no justice in a system that doesn’t work People put their faith in the justice system if you’re innocent you think that you’ll be found innocent this is not the case Corruption is in the courtroom. You are just a box to be ticked. No regard whether you’re innocent or not

Falsely accused & wrongfully convicted based on speculation & lots of LIES, & you’ve ran out of money to fight & live. What’s next? Find job. But I can’t. No one wants to hire some1 w/ record even if u explain ur side. Jobless. Homeless. It’s a domino effect. Never give up!!
