Filipino BC is opening the Resilience Centre, a gathering place for community members to connect and access wellness and coping supports from a variety of faith-based, non-profit, and government agencies. It opens at 5 p.m. Thursday, May 1.

In many cultures, we’re taught to stay strong and keep our struggles to ourselves. You don’t have to carry everything alone. Opening up takes courage, and there is strength in seeking support. Let’s remind each other: healing is possible, and you are never a burden. #KAPWASTRONG
