Roof dependent flutter around left veins with BIG jump over the posterior wall via the septopupmonary bundle. Green dots = good PPI. Patient with a scarred LA and previous anterior mitral + roof line. #Epeeps

4th time inferoposterior (by some called posterolateral) concealed AP. This quite nicely shows how LV pace (pic1) allows for easier mapping (annotation on "A" on MAP 1-2). During RVA pace a larger area of VA continuity is seen. Examples are at successful site of ablation. #Epeeps
