went to a doctor for my wrist. spent an hour and a half talking about mental health, taking blood work, urine sample, but didn’t look at my wrist a singular time????

finally got to a doctor for my wrist -tendinitis basically nothing i can do but permanently rest my wrist till it’s more healed mixed with PT and spamming naproxen when i play_-_

thank you to everyone that gave me wrist advice, i've been working hard to get it back into shape and heal it as fast as possible. it still has pain and can't be overworked but im taking it easy. i'll be back to 100% soon best believe that

did some limit testing today with my hand, it can last for a decent time without pain, means all the stuff is working finally :D only a matter of time before i hit 100% again
