I just spent 1 hour struggling before understanding THAT stupid stetting fully blocks remote desktop even if remote desktop is activated. The error you get (wrong password) doesnt help AT ALL.

It's honestly VERY GOOD. The only things missing are good multitasking gesture. That currently sucks & everything takes way too long. I have hope that with the Pixel Fold line, Google will eventually improve android in that regard.

Edge canary has been stuck on the default page with no link row working for the last few days (on 2 different devices). Is that just me ? Feels weird that nobody fixed it yet.

I was afraid with the end of manifestv2 for ChromeOS usage but firefox for linux actually works great on ChromeOS. Strange times, firefox on chromeOS. Still wondering what Edge will do about that.

With today's update, a 3 year old Pixel 6 got a newer Linux Kernel than a brand new up to date s24. Android long term support really is starting to be good.

We now have a Android Subsystem for Linux in A15 QPR2. (Not working yet). (Yes, using Microsoft's weird naming logic on purpose). I wonder if this will be command line only or somehow run GUI app? Would be weird on a phone.

Apparently, most tech people seems to have made the BlueSky move already. I think i'll try using it as main for a bit (might crosspost if there is an easy way to do this still for a bit). I really hope we can dump this hellish place fully eventually.

Hmm, that change in ChromeOS linux support does feel like a step back but maybe it's related to Android conversion. (Pinging Mishaal Rahman ) as i have no clue if it's the case but looks like something interesting. (Sorry if it's already known ) :D
