Big News! Spirit Airlines announces service to Savannah/Hilton Head International. Flights are on sale now at spirit.com for service beginning August 14 (EWR), October 9 (FLL) (BNA), and October 10 (DTW).

Due to a security risk passengers should expect flight disruptions for this afternoon, Saturday, May 3rd.

Update 2: Out of an abundance of caution, we are evacuating the terminal building. Passengers should proceed the parking garage areas. At this time all inbound roadway traffic is being rerouted away from the airport. Updates to follow.

Traffic Alert: Expect full overnight closure of Gulfstream Road starting tonight, May 27th at 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM, daily until May 31st. The Airport’s contractor is continuing work on the Taxiway G Bridge beams set over Gulfstream Road, with the following scheduled closures:

Beginning on Monday, June 2, 2025, and continuing through Friday, June 13, 2025, the Airport’s contractor for the Taxiway G and Bridge project will have daytime single-lane closures on Gulfstream Road from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for grouting of the bridge beams.
