Yesterday I paid a visit to Hartzell, Sporty's, Flight Outfitters, and Flight Safety. It was a great opportunity to connect with leadership at each of those organizations and talk about our shared interests in helping to grow and support general aviation! #aviation #flywithaopa

Spent time on Capitol Hill today meeting with members of the House and Senate, focused on making sure our allies in Congress are aware of the key issues facing our AOPA members. I also had the privilege of hand-delivering the 2025 Hartranft Award to Senator Ted Budd (R-N.C.).

I had a great time at SUN ’n FUN last week. Between announcing the National Pause for GA Safety, hosting a town hall, and meeting many AOPA members, it was a meaningful and energizing few days. Grateful for the opportunity to represent GA and keep important conversations going.

Great to meet up with Sullivan Vande Voort in Mason City, Iowa yesterday. Sullivan soloed 13 aircraft on his 16th birthday a few months ago and has as much passion for aviation as anyone you'll meet. Love to see young people doing inspiring things in aviation!

I had a great visit with EAA Chapter 572 in Fond du Lac, WI, on Friday. The team offered excellent service and a convenient alternative for AirVenture attendees looking to land close by without flying directly into the event. #osh25
