The IC3JM is the type of institutional structure that I have personally, without success, to instil in Greece and the one I think can best guarantee the advancement of social sciences in the existing infrastructure of many European countries. It deserves our full support.

It is surreal to see the most prestigious social-science institute in Spain and one of the best in Europe come under attack in recent weeks. The UC3M must resolve the issues and restore confidence in its commitment to sustaining this important center.

Like most, I would prefer to close my door and work, but the uncertainty over future of IC3JM · Carlos III - Juan March Institute is now too scary to ignore. So here we are, petitioning / asking for explanations... 😰 it has come to this. Hopefully course can be reversed, but a complete lose-lose in the making
