Being a young carer can be emotionally tough, whether it’s worrying about schoolwork or a loved one. Ore looks after her sister and was a carer for her mother, who sadly passed away 2 years ago. Thanks to you, @CymruSickleCell could be there to provide crucial support 💛

✨lets talk about anaemia! ✨ This happened on the 30th of march where we learnt about information on nutrition, growth, iron and lifestyles. As keeping healthy can prevent problems for those with sickle cell and thalassemia. We thank everyone that came to our great event.

We enjoyed joining Friends of Cymru Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia on Saturday to attend their event and meet some of the participants themselves. Many thanks for the invitation - we're pleased to be funding the project through the Cardiff Youth Led Grant Cardiff Youth Led Grant Panel. Good luck with the rest of the project!
