Happy with the splits for a long brisk walk!

Biked (cycled) to work today - under 40 minutes for nearly 12 kms. Driving is usually not faster and thanks to the ever pleasant Bangalore weather, you don't sweat a lot. I can get used to this mode of commute!

So excited about my new toy ... Is it just me or something passions don't die even with age!

New 5 km PB - almost 4 minutes a km. 10-12 days of endurance training walking long distances finally came to help! Never thought I could go under 21 minutes anytime soon.

5 km personal best last night followed up with personal best 10 km - under 43 minutes! Loving it!

Breaching 10 km distance finally - Managed a 13 km run at a pretty decent speed (4:19 per km) - probably my longest run as far as I can remember! Bring it on!
