Hi David S. Wishart we really want to run phastest locally. The database FASTA downloaded successfully (<1GB), however the docker image and bacterial database both stop at 1024MB. This suggests an issue like an improper setting for proxy_max_temp_file_size in NGINX. Can you fix?
