Any breweries out there using Internet of Things tech? If so, drop me a line (or if you're an IoT company with brewery customers!) #journorequest

I see a lot about about AI for CTs, Xrays etc but relatively little on ECGs - is there any reason why that's the case?

Has anyone ever had or seen an arm get broken by a swan, because everyone (at least of my age) believes it can happen or has happened. I'm not convinced. If so, I expect a case report in the The BMJ ASAP to settle the matter

I find brain computer interfaces absolutely fascinating. Here's a piece I wrote about how BCIs could one day be used to turn thoughts into written or spoken language

Any #NHS trusts out there that enable doctors to work (wholly or partially) from home? If so, would love to hear from you for an article. Similarly, any secondary care docs with good/bad experiences of remote working, please get in touch! #medtwitter #ukmedtwitter

Heartfelt thanks to Eurostar Assist in both Paris and London. After sustaining a knee injury on holiday that meant I couldn't walk, they got me from Gare du Nord to a London cab and home safely. Thanks all.

Morning #MedTwitter. I'm working on an article about bottlenecks in core/specialty training. If you've been affected by them - spent years waiting for a training number or ditched your dream specialty because of them - drop me a line

Thanks to Chris Carey for talking with me today about bottlenecks in #anaesthetics training for a The BMJ article. If you're one of the hundreds of anaesthetists that have struggled to get an ST place due to bottlenecks, drop me a line - I'd love to hear your experiences

Looking for doctors to be interviewed forthe BMJ: Are you a UK doctor that moved abroad and loves it? Regrets it? Left for abroad and came back to the NHS? Whatever your experiences, I'm keen to hear from you #medtwitter

Did I imagine it, or is there a country where, if a shift isn't filled, the wages are shared between the rest of the doctors covering that shift, as they're having to pick up extra work? I would so love to see that introduced here

Writing an article on the use of *paper* notes and drug charts in the NHS. Having gone from an all electronic trust to all paper one, I know which I prefer. Puzzling out someone's terrible handwriting at 2am for a sick patient? No thanks. Do you love or loathe paper notes? Why?

If the govt wants to improve patient care (and the lot of doctors), rather than increasing medical school places, it needs to increase the number of speciality training jobs. More about the growing shortage of training posts for doctors The BMJ 👇

Any academics or doctors out there with knowledge/experience of medical training pre and post Modernising Medical Careers? Would love to hear from you for an article I'm writing

Jo Best (@forthebest) 's Twitter Profile Photo

I'm writing an article for the BMJ on rotational training. I'm keen to hear how SAS doctors and those in speciality training find the current system - drop me a tweet with your experiences #MedTwitter

A question for the doctors out there: if you have a patient who's also a doctor, do you treat them differently? #MedTwitter
