Another day, another shooting… this one on Dix Street NE. It started around the corner on 63rd St at 5:21am with one man shot in the shoulder. Then at 5:41am a 2nd victim located who was shot and killed by the bus stop. This will be the 23rd homicide in 54 days. FOX 5 DC
