I bought an egg custard from Booths Supermarket ..looked forward to eating it after a long day driving in the snowy conditions around craven #communitytherapy only to bite into un cooked pastry!..😩😩 £3.75 wasted and one disappointed Occupational therapist!!..

So the best part of having my car serviced at Lloyd MINI #colne is getting into a valeted car!…not today. Outside washed ✔️ inside I only had the carpet in the driver side hoovered ✖️🥲 very disappointed

Worst customer service at Boots at Ilkley. The guy was rude, disinterested and made me feel stupid when I offered the incorrect voucher. He sarcastically wished me a good day as I left. I hoped he didn’t as I stepped into the sun 😂
