Thrilled to see our work highlighted by Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology News! 🙏🏿🧬 Read the paper here: dlvr.it/TJfDpC #CRISPR #StemCells #SyntheticBiology

🎤 AI4Life continues its presence at the BioImage Archive course! Estibaliz Gómez de Mariscal, PhD presents BioImage.IO, emphasizing the importance of keeping AI models accessible, reproducible, and interoperable. With so many image analysis tools out there, common model standards are the way forward!

🚨Our most recent work at Ricardo Henriques on how you can ⚖️ and push🫸#microscopyimaging and #AI-method's accuracy is out!!!🤓👇 Did you know that such high resolutions are not always the best way to go? Mariana G Ferreira tells you more😌

Our newest paper on mitochondrial Topoisomerase 1 shows that Top1mt has only weak endoribonuclease activity and it therefore does not often generate deletions at incorporated ribonucleotides. This helps explain why ribonucleotides are tolerated in mtDNA. academic.oup.com/nar/article-ab…

🔬👨💻📰 #SReD is out! Automated structural detection for #ImageJ & #FIJI, from nano to macro ✨🐘. No training data, no bias - texture analysis with GPU acceleration!⚡️ Brainchild of Afonso Mendes and adventure w Christophe Leterrier lab + friends. Check: nature.com/articles/s4146…

🚀 CALIPERS v2 preprint is locked—journal submission next. Final polish, more hiPSC reference lines, and fresh light-sheet data. Still, a great collaboration led by @moisesdisante with the team Synthetic Physiology Lab and the amazing Alessandro Bertero and Florian Jug group members!
