Very sensible comments by carlobrien in today's The Irish Times. "We are not all suited to traditional academic approaches. Apprenticeships, for example, offer excellent “earn and learn” options." irishtimes.com/news/education…

Very happy with a great response to our new book, ARRIVE. Lots of new discussions connecting Design Thinking to strategic innovation. A good time for more of this.

Design Thinking & Sprinting: #designthinking alters mindsets over a few months. Design sprint alters a problem situation over a few days.

Really excellent book! Paraphrasing: Thoughts and emotions of all sorts flow naturally. There's no point trying to avoid them. But, you don't have to respond to them!!

I’m pretty sure the products & services we’re building today are far more sophisticated & nuanced than milkshakes & candy bars. Yet, many examples used in Jobs To Be Done method descriptions are only those. Frankly, it’s a bit weird. And makes it hard to get behind it.
