Best online resource I found for Section 1. Highly representative of the exam and with the images that other resources lack. The explanations of the Q/As are spot on too with up to date references 👍🏻

Higher FRCS - Higher Vasc - Higher VIVA Frcs companion I think is the best. All questions very clinical which reflects the exam. Efrcs probably has the most questions but lots of them are not relevant to the exam. Also not affiliated to any question bank!
