Tulane Tulane Football will play outside in New Orleans during an August day for the first time ever. They have only played in August 10 times. 7 were at home, with 1985, 1991, 2002, & 2013 in the Superdome. 2018, 2019, & 2024 August season openers in Yulman Stadium were at night.

Tulane has landed Jackson “Jwill” Williams! The 6’2” DB is staying local despite an offer from Florida State. His 25 tackles as a FS for Archbishop Shaw were the 6th most in 4A District 9. He had an interception in Shaw’s spring game: CC: Fear The Wave Collective Group

Jackson Williams is a 3x state champion. The 6’2”, 180 lb track star runs a 4.5 40 yard dash & is transitioning from free safety to cornerback. Tulane Football offered 3⭐️ Jackson “Jwill” Williams on March 27th, and he committed on his official visit this weekend. He attended the Spring Game too.

Tulane has landed another c/o 2026 commit during this weekend’s OVs in Gary “Deuce” Hadley Jr. The 6’2” ATH combined for over 1,138 yards from scrimmage last season and added 381 passing yards, as both a QB & WR. GARY “ Deuce” HADLEY JR. 3⭐️ scored 4 rushing TD, 4 receiving TD, & 4 passing TD.

Gary Hadley Jr. had 1 offer until last June, and chose Tulane over many other schools including 4 SEC programs. LSU, Ole Miss, & Missou were among the handful of power 4 offers. Tulane Football and Carter Sheridan offered the top 1000 national recruit on January 24th of this year.

Tulane Tulane Football has picked up a lot of commits this weekend on OVs, including West Monroe’s Trez Davis. Trez Davis 4⭐️ is a top 10 player in Louisiana, and the 37th best WR in the nation, according to 247Sports. The 6’0” WR had 53 receptions as a Junior for 998 yards and 8 TDs.

Sumrall is back at again with his second 2026 commit of the weekend. Abebe joins a rapidly growing class and should play tight end for the wave. Looks a lot like Sumrall wants to build for the future and not just one year... Welcome Noah Abebe

Tulane has landed another player with a handful of P4 offers in Jordyn Crites. The 6’6” 255 lb DL is a top 💯 defensive lineman in the nation. He had visited TCU, Baylor, & Oregon State, and was offered by North Texas. The Defensive End from Texas runs a 4.8 40-yard dash.

No surprises here. Shadre Hurst and Sam Howard are representing Tulane Football at The American’ media days on ESPN+. RS Junior Shadre Hurst has not let up a sack in his college career. Sam Howard led Tulane in tackles per game last season, his first season with the Wave.
