Training starts young for the next generation of paleomagnetists Simon Lloyd GeomagLiverpool

Great day for Y12 Geologists @livuni GeoDay. Y12 represented Wirral Grammar School for Boys superbly, impressing us all with their work, engagement and conduct. Many thanks to Maggie Williams @Maggie_hiatus and the Team at the University of Liverpool for hosting.WGSBCareersEducation instagram.com/p/CnWiB5Aoy2i/…

The university lectures are experiencing pay squeeze for 10 years and are one of the worst affected groups according to Office for National Statistics (ONS) data published in The Times and The Sunday Times. These are people with highest level of qualifications and skills. Any answer? UCEA? UCU

This morning I called out the Vice Chancellors who bottle media appearances. I want to debate them live on air. Kay Burley has offered to host that. UCU members - RT if this is something you want to see. #ucuRISING
