Feels good to get back out on the field today and put my gloves back on. It was emotional to say the least. Hoping to get cleared for running soon and start to build my quad more. Still shooting for end of February to be cleared to play competitively. One day at a time!

Taking a break from lifting and running and working on some old school coordination drills with my dad. We had fun doing it, but it wasn't easy. Shout out to all the recent conference tournament winners out there! Some solid games. Still shooting for end of February

All of these signings have been amazing to see and motivation to keep pushing myself through recovery. Three days a week with my trainer and the rest of the week on my own with 2 days rest. 5 months in and 4 months to go, but I will be returning when my body is ready.
