A Manhattan judge has ordered the two pit bulls must be turned over to NYPD no later than 5pm today (6/10). Failure to do so will likely result in fines, jail, or both. Credit to the parents of Penny, Chucky and Grover for their advocacy. I am in contact with NYPD and monitoring.
