Oasis is an education NGO headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat. They conduct several programs and workshops all aiming towards character building . The group stayed at Gandhi Smarak Nidhi for 3 days and explored Gandhi and his philosophy. Mr. Ansar Ali, Curator interacted with them

A Exhibition on "GANDHI AND CHILDREN" was inaugurated at NGM and a lecture was delivered by Prof Sanjeev Kumar, on "A 21ST CENTURY INTERPRETATION OF GANDHI'S SWARAJ". Prof Sukumar, presided over the meeting. Dina Patel, Sukanya Bharatram, Professors and students participated.

A group from Pakistan consisted of Mr Atif Iqbal, Mohammad Idrees, Mrs. Talat, Mrs. Raza, Mrs. Atif visited our National Gandhi Museum. They are happy when they saw collection in the museum. They were taken around by Mr. Ansar Ali, Curator.

Members of Associazione Italiana in India visited NGMon 18th. Ms.Sukanya Bharatram, great granddaughter of Mahatma Gandhi and Ms. Elena Tommaseo organised the programme. H.E. Mr Antonio Bartoll participated.They visited Museum Gallery and Library.They witnessed spinning demo.

One more addition to the relics of National Gandhi Museum.  Today we received a rug presumably used by Mahatma Gandhi during 1946. Shri Tarun Narravula, Chairman, Hindu Temple Society of the Capital District, Albany, NY, USA handed over the rug to Shri A.Annamalai, Director.
