On Saturday November 4th Brooks’ Math Team participated in the City of Chicago Math League Contest #2. After this contest, Brooks is in 3rd place in Division C overall.

Next Wednesday! Students will "duel" with their talent at the Brooks Got Talent Show, at 12:15 p.m. $5 for students, $8 for guests, free for students who completed 15 hours of Khan SAT Prep!

On Saturday, Brooks Math Team participated in the Contest #4 of the City of Chicago Math League. Our Geometry and Algebra 2 Teams placed 2nd among south side Division C schools. The Algebra 1 team placed 3rd. Brooks is in second place in Division C overall. Congrats students!

On March 8th, Brooks Beginning Band students were invited to perform at the Beginning Band Symposium held at Kelly High School. 15 students were selected from 7 CPS High Schools. They had the opportunity of being directed by VanderCook College of Music faculty and students.

Brooks Math Team competed in CCML City Finals this past Saturday April 5, 2025. Our fierce "mathletes" did amazing! As a team we ended up in second place overall in Division C for a second year in a row! Mr. Schroers and Mrs. Saltouros are so proud of our math team students!
