I like, from already some months, especially Access Sheaths with suction (we used 3 such types - so called DAT) but especially after Tm laser disintegration, DISS! Concerning our experience, in some cases the combination DAT + DISS gave us REAL COMPLETE STONE-FREE!

Part 1. 25 demonstrative operations in the last week. Unique and/or multiple stones. The larger diameter of the stone between 1,6 and 3,7 cm. fURS Pusen 7.5 F with suction system = DISS 2 types of Access Sheath with suction - FANS (bendable AS)

Part 2. Unique or Combined DISS + DAS (2 systems of suction) Complete real stone-free in 24/25 cases (1 case with previewed stage fURS) Between 26 minutes and 1 hour and 39 minutes = operative time

Part 3. Between 26 minutes and 1 hour and 39 minutes = operative time 2 types of laser: 1. Sistem laser TFL(Thulium Fiber Laser) 60W. and 2. Sistem laser Cyber Holmium 100 W, both Quanta System. Great moments spent together with SofMedica. Great performaces!

I can’t imagine fURS without bendable access sheath (ClearPetra for about 1 year) and 3D CT with reconstruction of the stone (from more than 7 years) with volume mesurement! So, we can offer to the patient correct preoperative evaluation and completely “stone-free”!

Pusen (PU 3022A, 9.2 Fr.) was for us the first single-use flexible ureteroscope introduced in Romania more than 5 years ago. And now, starting from May 2024, we used already in 14 patients the newest “BIG” fURS (PU 400A with working channel 5.1 Fr. and suction).

After our knowledge, we started to use this great tool after Professor Guohua Zeng (April 2024). This DISS seems to be very effective! Less operative time and real and more quickly stone-free status!

I am so proud to show some aspects of an endourological experience in an academic center of reference! And, to show the first such procedure from my great friend, Professor Guohua Zeng!

We started the new experience with the single-use flexible ureteroscope HugeMed HU 30M 6.3 Fr., 3.6 Fr. working channel. The thinnest fURS in the world. After our knowledge the second such procedure after Professor Traxer (EAU 2024).

Already we have 10 cases with renal stones and our first evaluation we found: stable system, very good image, excellent flexibility, no mucosal ureteral damage (in No Touch Technique), etc. We thank you so much the HugeMed representatives for their great sustain and support.

New steps with DISS! Pusen PU400A, 9.2 Fr. with “big” 5.1 Fr. working channel and suction is recently our new “game changer”! Zero residual stones for stones’ volume between 1,000 and 3,000 mm3! We have just celebrated 26,000 ureteroscopies (all types) in our academic centers!
