Alleles at recently identified loci TaTOE-B1 and TaFT3-B1 promoted higher YLD and HI in two elite spring wheat panels. The favorable allele at TaTOE-B1 showed positive effects on several sink traits (GN) and favorable alleles at TaFT3-B1 a positive effect on GW related traits.
