Interesting that Australia's arm's length policy think tank is looking at how to boost growth, looking at tax and regulations side by side.. would HM Treasury ever let that happen here....

and this is why HM Treasury needs to find a way to allow real challenge into its own decisions.. invented WFP to get itself out of a hole... other reliefs in same position.
