I've been wanting to try out StayGold (nature.com/articles/s4158…) for a while now, and thanks to some help from @DeriveryLab, Lara Krüger and @AkaashKumarBME finally managed to have a play with it today. Initial impression: "Crikey, this is bright! And stable!" Examples below.

Anyone I know used DPX mounting media with Alexa Fluor 594? Friend has to use that mounting media for FluoroJadeC and also needs protein localization.
