This factoid certainly stands out: Not-for-profit facilities delivered 93,000 hours more of direct care than they were funded to deliver and for-profits delivered 500,000 hours less than they were funded to deliver in 2021/22.

There's a picture going around on another platform that compares the cost of a new car with the cost of a power wheelchair. I am amazed that people in my own social network didn't have a clue how much a power chair costs. Also: many Canadians think disability supports are "free"
