Dan O'Dowd, We have a solution for this. The Tesla should just stop in the center of the intersection and freeze in place for 20 or 30 minutes (causing gridlock in each direction) until somehow the car gets unlocked for a supervisor or first responder to move the vehicle.

I am more terrified of Waymo being on the highways than I am of new teen drivers or drunk drivers. Waymo will just stop in the road and block intersections and I can't fathom the chaos when Waymo is allowed on highways. It actually does terrify me.
