This is such an incredibly misleading title: TFA, processed meat and SSB have fairly well established links with health - irrespective of processing. And processed meat often even isn't UPF, even if it contains nitrite nature.com/articles/s4159…

Conflicts of interests and industry funding are bad and dangerous - argues Chris van Tulleken 🏳️‍🌈. Yet not so long ago, he happily promoted Randox, a company that offers some questionable medical tests and screening methods. (Strangely - this is not declared anywhere).
