I’m sorry, but what has the ministry/government done to improve remote learning? Because I’m pretty sure that they didn’t invent Google Classroom, Meet, Teams, Zoom, or even D2L. The government didn’t “pivot” to remote learning. Educators did. #OntEd #onpoli

Leadership can be formal or informal. Some teachers are not interested in formal leadership or admin roles. They are still leaders. Their work, contributions & informal leadership in the school must be honoured & valued

Education is not teacher centered or even student centered, but it is relationship centered. Teachers thrive w/ positive admin relationships & students thrive w/ positive teacher relationships. Relationships drive education.
