Never forget that the thousands of victims in Duterte's drug war were not even arrested; like Kian delos Santos, they were summarily and brutally killed. It may be a function of power as much as justice, but I welcome the arrest of Rodrigo Duterte and await his prosecution.

He was not too old to travel to Hong Kong. He was not too old to speak at a rally there. He was not too old to attend other rallies in the past months. His human rights must be respected, even if he never had any respect for human rights. But he is not too old to face justice.
