P5a were developing their problem solving skills today, using NRICH maths . After group collaboration, we decided that the most appropriate strategies to use were “Act it Out” and “Draw a Table”. It was wonderful to hear such rich discussions taking place!

The BBC Children In Need appeal will take place this Friday 15th November. The theme is: help us make life lighter for children. Pupils can come to school on Friday wearing an item of spotty clothing or a spotty accessory. Pupils may also choose to bring in a donation.

Our hugely popular Community Café (cash only) returns on Friday 29th November, from 3pm-4pm in our Blue Hall. With our pupils taking on the roles of baristas, waiting staff and kids club entertainers, please drop in to enjoy a lovely cake, a hot drink and tremendous service!
