Fantastic to present Ward 5 and 14 at QHB with their Bronze Every Day Counts Accreditation certificates. Well informed patients in both areas knowing what would get them home, great multidisciplinary communication evident to achieve todays plan and reduce delays 😊

I was humbled to hear Ward 410s story in achieving end of life accreditation. Compassionate, holistic care in supporting patients and their loved ones at their lives end, lots of effort in personalising care. These small touches mean so much 💕😊
