This is the meta-analysis that nearly broke me. Published open access in Sleep Medicine Reviews! Woot! bit.ly/2W0iu4m 1. Altering light exposure can improve sleep. 2. More studies should measure sleep. 3. Don't forget darkness is important too! 🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑
