A wonderful first Weeping Bank visit with great audience reactions at the atmospheric Old Red Lion Theatre, Islington, London to help raise awareness of the work of the charity Give a Book, championing the benefits of reading in prisons, schools and with disadvantaged children. At the Old Red Lion Theatre tonight we were honoured to be joined by Give a Book and PrisonReadingGroups, Jon Dear, Stephen Kelman and his wife, @chrisimpey and The Librarian's writing hero Robin Jarvis! Great to see you all. Look forward to our next meeting.
