Because there's no such thing as a 3-star who is being recruited as a minnow that is evaluated the same as a 5-star. It's a ridiculous assertion that they have magic powers to find the needles in the haystack that literally every staff in America can't find.

SEC champions are built by recruiting elite rosters with elite prospects. The notion that you can circumvent elite talent with lesser talent is ridiculous. Using the NFL model... no NFL team is trying to build a champion by finding 6th rounders who are better than 1st rounders.

Stockpiling a Top 5 roster in the sport in the last 3 years has allowed it to be the only program in America to be in the national semi-finals the last 2 seasons... It played for an SEC title in its first season... Those combined 83-3 losses in 2022 and 2024 weren't convincing?

OU fans: Texas has always had one of the most talented rosters in America. This is just like the 2010s Reality:
