A Royal Air Force Voyager aircraft departs late yesterday afternoon from a stop at Glasgow Airport ✈️ and turns south towards RAF Brize Norton with the crescent Venus alongside in the sky.

Yesterday in the village where I live - the time between sunrise and sunset crept over 12 hours for the first time this year - the equilux - which arrives a few days before each years Spring equinox!

Yesterday was the first irst time I’ve seen 7 ScotRail coaches (including 3 class 153 “Highland Explorer” units) in platform 4 at Oban all at the same time…

Day 7 of 7 (at long last 😓) and so far it’s been an absolutely stunning trip over the West Highland Line to Oban.
