Day 14 of we active challenge and #AHPsActive, summer Sundays bring the challenge of cricket teas at the local club- particularly gorgeous in the sunshine and then several games of badminton.

First class back after hols, good to get that first one done. Nothing beats an energetic, if uncoordinated dance after a day at work #AHPsActive

Day 17 of #AHPsActive we active challenge, another evening zumba class once it had cooled down. Chose routine 12 which I'd forgotten had my favourite track in, good surprise and good end to the day!

Cooling down in the garden after tonight's run. Harder than usual tonight. Thankfully finding lots of motivation to keep going from #AHPsActive community.

Only time for a short class this evening after the nephews had been round to watch the footie. Pleased I managed to motivate myself to do it. #AHPsActive, feeling better after exercise and completed level 7.

A very #AHPsActive afternoon and evening yesterday. From SnowTubing, obstacle courses and boulder climbing with family to evening walk with friends.

Super #AHPsActive day to make up for yesterday's overindulgence for son's 17th. Family picnic and games in local park followed by Zumba class for me

Last tweet for we active challenge #AHPsActive, managed to fit in an extra walk with the girls, good time for us but we were surprised by how dark it got. Head torches next time.
