Hon.Medard Sseggona (Busiro East) has handed over the instrument of power to the incoming Chairperson of PAC (Central), Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi (Butambala County). Kivumbi emphasized the importance of thorough preparations and timely responses to questions and committee reports.

Spent the day in Kasaana-Mateete where i visited the grieving family of Mr Fulgencio Kimbugwe,father of late Jjunju Andrew, a 6 yr old who together with Julius Asiimwe (2) were kidnapped,murdered & their bodies dumped in a pit latrine by a one Hassan Nalukoola & 7 other suspects.

We yesterday as Busujju seized the momentum in the Masaza Cup 2024 title race by beating Mawokota at their Buwama home playgrounds after Paul Lukyamuzi scored a goal to secure a 1-0 win. As the team manager, i am happy with the impressive performance of my side. #MasazaCup2024

As a member of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA), i am glad to be part of a high-level delegation of MPs that are representing Uganda at the 53rd CPA (Africa Region) Annual Regional Conference taking place in Arusha, Tanzania from 29th September-07th October 2024.

The Conference is under the theme "African Parliaments at the forefront of addressing existential global challenges: Food insecurity, Climate change, Youth employment". The conference, featuring nearly 300 participants, has three side events involving conference workshops.1/2
