Mariana G Ferreira Bruno Saraiva Ricardo Henriques AI4Life Team Estibaliz Gómez de Mariscal, PhD well done Mariana et al. looking forward to read it.

Following the release of Mariana G Ferreira and Estibaliz Gómez de Mariscal, PhD #ReScale4DL work, Estibaliz shared her view on "FAIR and high-quality AI-ready data for bioimage analysis" on the 4-part AI4Life Team webinar series in collab with GloBIAS✍Catch the next one at bit.ly/registration-g…

Ricardo Henriques Mariana G Ferreira Estibaliz Gómez de Mariscal, PhD Is this a new way to define empty magnification?

Michael Dustin Mariana G Ferreira Estibaliz Gómez de Mariscal, PhD Oh, we see both ways, there can be too much or too little optical resolution and magnification. DL nets like their images "au point"

Mariana G Ferreira Bruno Saraiva Ricardo Henriques AI4Life Team Estibaliz Gómez de Mariscal, PhD Great Mariana G Ferreira , now I don't know what to tell users when training them... ;) (Seriously, well done!). Would be so cool to have this type of pre-analysis integrated into acquisition software. At least, done before attempting to analyse datasets at full resolution.

Mariana G Ferreira Bruno Saraiva Ricardo Henriques AI4Life Team Estibaliz Gómez de Mariscal, PhD hey guys, does that mean it could, in theory, be legitimate to segment images with super-pixel compression algorithms ;)

Gaby G Martins Bruno Saraiva Ricardo Henriques AI4Life Team Estibaliz Gómez de Mariscal, PhD Tell them to think about what information they want to extract from their images! And trying out the acquisition+analysis pipeline before acquiring all the data is good practice, like having controls 😁 That's the beauty of this pipeline it works for new and pre-existing data 😉

Our nucloid organization work is finally out Nature Communications: doi.org/10.1038/s41467… and rdcu.be/eiqzl We visualized the E. coli nucleoid during drug treatment, suggesting that transertion mediates nucleoid anchoring to the membrane. #superresolution #microbiology

Super excited to share the latest paper from my group published in Science Advances . Finally BiaPy is out in Nature Methods! 🥳🥳🥳 A major milestone in my research! Incredibly proud of the progress made. Huge thanks to my PhD supervisors Ignacio Arganda-Carreras and Arrate Munoz Barrutia for their invaluable guidance and support throughout this journey. Check out the thread🧵👇
