Not clear how blocking visibility into health threats which can /likely will harm Americans makes us great, strong, safe, healthy. I understand the movement is about cruelty to vulnerable people elsewhere but I don’t understand how making Americans less safe serves the objectives

Every aspect of life is affected by government funds. Not only poor and vulnerable people but companies, hospitals, etc. Expect rise in unemployment figures. Not sure that’s in the administration’s best interest. Certainly won’t help the economy, states (red and blue), etc.

Red states rely much more heavily on Medicaid than blue states. Shutting access to federal funds, essentially blocking Medicaid, hurts his own supporters disproportionately. It’s wrong across the board but isn’t it also against his own interests?

Medicaid is not “fully paid for by the federal government” as RFK jr just said. The Secretary of HHS should know the most basic #facts

Medicare Advantage is not more expensive. Many people choose MA plans because they can get $0 Premiums plus extra benefits. The problem arises when those managed care plans restrict coverage/deny services. This guy really has no clue about the US healthcare system

Questions about EMTALA shouldn’t be hard for a lawyer. The questions about science are reasonably out of scope and better left to actual scientists, but basic questions of health law shouldn’t be a stumper.
