Goscote Hospice has been recognised for its high standards of care by being awarded the highest level of clinical accreditation. Deborah Jones, Senior Sister, was presented with a Sapphire Award for the hospice by Lisa Carroll, Chief Nursing Officer at Walsall Healthcare.

Sarah Smith, Student Nurse, and Jeni Tracey, Staff Nurse, are carrying out one of four medication rounds completed daily in Goscote Hospice. 💊 Jeni is supporting Sarah to develop her skills ready for qualifying as a registered nurse later this year. #OnShiftWithWHT

It's a multidisciplinary team here at Goscote Hospice. Emma Hayward, Physiotherapist, is one of the allied health professionals supporting palliative and end of life patients. 💜 She's been at the Trust for 18 months and is enjoying the variety of the role. #OnShiftWithWHT

Danny Bennett, 62, is an inpatient at Goscote Hospice. “I thought I’d only be admitted to the hospice when the end was near. I didn’t realise they offer treatment at different stages to help you with managing symptoms. “I’m so glad I came here.” #OnShiftWithWHT
