33-year-old Orange County deputy Francisco Estrella bonded out of the Seminole County jail at 9:30 tonight. He is accused of interfering in a deadly carjacking investigation in Seminole and Osceola counties. He’s out of the $15,000 bond with GPS monitoring. #wesh2news
