I got quoted on ITV News tonight on the medpro case. In summary ... quite a bit of surprise in the expert procurement community that DHSC won. Process failures on their part. Good for tax payer. But ... very little chance of recovering the money... #medpro

I could argue both sides of the cases against Lucy Connolly and Samuel Williams, but I find it hard to argue they are significantly different in terms of seriousness. If anything, maybe Williams a touch more serious as it was so premeditated (the 'workshopping' remark)
