Day 19 and lots of walking around the Musgrave site as the car park was a good distance away from my meeting! Finished the day with an evening walk, a lot cooler and I appreciated the breeze after a day spent in a hot office ☀️

Day 20 and another evening walk with some football in the park too! The longer evenings are a complete joy.

Day 21 of #MoveaMileaDayinMay and I had an annual leave day, so got out on an afternoon walk with my buddy Max. Fairly sure I spotted a blue damselfly. Wish I had Jane McCullough photography skills for that one! The roses have made an early appearance at Lady Dickson Park!

Day 22 of #MoveaMileaDayinMay and another walk with colleagues over lunch break. Thanks to colleagues from the Care Home Placement Team for your company. Really enjoyed the catch up and chance to check out the Ravine walking trail and farm shop! Emckay

Day 26 spent at Gortin Glen Forest Park for #MoveaMileaDayinMay Braved the rain for stunning surroundings. Max in on the action, as always. He got a nice warm bath when we got home!

Day 25 a mixture of walking around Belfast City Centre for a trip to St George’s Market, some scrapyard golf and bowling! Definitely got moving for #MoveaMileaDayinMay!
