England renal cancer audit data (18,000 pts 2018/2019) Kidney Cancer UK by Kate Fife. Only 50% of advanced pts get systemic therapy (regional range 70%-35%). Systemic therapy associated with ⬆️ OS. Differences will be due in part due to training etc. most pts should get therapy.
